LifeBridge Church is led by a team of people who are committed to serving our community of faith. Our Leadership Team is made up of three groups, Elders, Deacons, and Staff.
Board
The LifeBridge Church Board consists of all Elders, Deacons and Deaconesses. To e-mail the entire Board, direct your message to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
Elders
Elders are primarily but not exclusively responsible for spiritual oversight of the church as a whole. They serve for three years and must meet the biblical qualifications for leaders which are set out in 1 Timothy 3:1–7, Titus 1:6–9, and 1 Peter 5:1–4.
Deacons
Deacons and Deaconesses are primarily but not exclusively responsible for stewardship of ministries, budgets and assets of LifeBridge Church. They serve for three years and must meet the biblical qualifications set out in 1 Timothy 3:8–13.
Staff
Staff, including Pastors, are selected to manage the various ministries of the church. All Pastors must meet the biblical qualifications set out for Elders above.
