Karen was born and raised in California. She has two children, Rob, who is a middle school student, and Christine, in elementary school. Karen graduated from San Diego State University (BS Accounting).

Karen currently serves in a dual role, handling all bookkeeping and human resources responsibilities for both LifeBridge Church and its sister ministry, LifeBridge Preschool. In her spare time, she enjoys quiet walks on the beach and reading good books.
