David was born in Sunderland, NE of England. Upon leaving school he started in a shipbuilding career in engineering, which took him to Montreal, Los Angeles, and Mississippi before arriving in San Diego in 1973 and retiring in 2008 from production management.
He and his wife Linda have raised 5 children and have been blessed with 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
David became a Christian in the late 1980’s, brought about by Linda’s continual prayers for him and his salvation.
After retirement he worked at Blast, a before- and after-school program for at-risk families.
He and Linda have been at LifeBridge for almost 5 years where they both serve in Children Ministry and are in a LifeGroup.
